I hope it is o.k. to put this picture of him on here. I felt so sorry for him his previous owner burned his back with some type of acid. He is so sweet I just don't understand how people can be so cruel. Just wondered does any one know where I could find a simple pattern for him for a coat to sew. I don't knit or crochet so sewing would be more what I would be looking for. Thanks for any help.

What a cutie!

My DD adopted a stray Great Dane and Dana is her baby now! Luckily DD recently got a job as a Vet Assistant which has come in handy for free medical care. This kid would adopt every animal at the shelter if she had her way!

here is a pattern for a greyhound. A bit taller than what you have but you can perhaps alter? Shocked

He is soooo sweet. I have two "Babies" The first one Bear, we adopted from a shelter. I felt like we were adopting a real baby. We filled out an
application, they wanted references, they wanted to know what happened to our previous pets. They called every couple of week in the beginning to ask how he was getting along.

He sleeps in the bed with us,
He has full run of the house,
He's the biggest most loveable mush in the world and
we shower him with all kinds of love and attention.

I told my husband that if they could see how this dog lives, they'd want us
to adopt all of their puppies.

The other dog we have is "Max" a full bred Shiba Inu. He's a little less
loveable, but gets the same loving treatment as Bear.

Good luck with your new "Baby". I know he'll be a very happy addition to your family.
