Mop N Glo.... Future Floor Wax... or whatever clear was is in your area of the market..... use instead of toxic varnishes or shellac... i heard about this when reading about altered books... the commercial floor cleaners can't get this stuff off floors so why wouldn't it work for our low traffic items... tee hee Rolling Eyes ...

we all know it works good on floors.... but who has time to wax when we can be using it for crafting... i tried it on some slate pieces... i just decoupaged as usual then put on 3 coats of wax... had them done in no time... just squirted some wax on the piece and moved the wax around with my fingers... no toxic fumes, dries fast, no cleaning of tools Mr. Green

a great tip that was passed on to me from crazeemoi...

Helpful Hint: It is always good to use clear glue.
To Remove Excess Glue...
Cover the spot with tissue paper and press with a hot dry iron.  The effect is that the heat melts the glue and for some unknown reason- the tissue paper absorbs it and does not cling to the fabric or iron.  Try the method on a test piece of fabric, felt or straw to see if it will work for you.  Works only with tissue wrapping paper (suggest white).

hope this helps someone out there.... Laughing

Here is a really inexpensive craft, a shark tooth necklace. Use french fries for the teeth.

I saved the little droplets of hot glue, the rounder ones, and put them in a little baggie. I sent them to my little brother and told them it was snowman poop. Marshmellows may still be more fun. I was going to send some to my family and tell them they are tears, since I can't be with them for xmas.
