|
|
I was approached by my dog groomer to make some pet related projects she could sell in her shop and I have so far made magnets, pins, pet placemats, and this is my newest. It is a small shop but she has been doing well but have llearned we have to change thing about every 3 weeks. Tell me what you think. The idea is there are 25 pockets in the red sections and you can put a little milk bone in each pocket for your pet and they can have a treat every day in the month of Dec. up to Christmas. I think I need to come up with a idea for the tree trunk what do you think?

Instead of a tree trunk how about attaching a nice flower pot.I make trees something similar and the ones i make i put a flower pot on the bottom and it finishes it off.
But having said that, i think your tree looks nice just as it is, it does`nt look like its half finished, trust me.

I really like it !
I was in a small pet boutique last week. Couldn't believe all the cute things this lady had. Her two shelties were dressed in her creations...one wore a lime green cap with a sun visor and the other had on a bright pink t-shirt. They looked so cute! She makes items for cats, dogs, ferrets and will make anything you want to order for any pet. She told me she had been the head of the accounting department for a firm in Toronto for 20 years and since she has retired and had this little shop, she feels so much better. I actually did tell her about you Donna and she said to send you her best wishes. She also said to tell you that pet beds are a hot seller for her.

Goodness thank you for thinking of me my dear. I was told by the lady who owns the grooming shop that I should make some dog beds and I am going to right now I am making dog coats in pumpkin fleece. I have made some cute items and I always change things out after a couple weeks. The people seem to like magnets, pins, and bookmarks ( pet related ) She had even said I could put some of my bath baskets in there for the holidays. She is very easy to get along with. I feel blessed to have been approached.
Thanks
Donna

You do lovely work!
I like the tree as it is. I don't think you need to add anything except maybe some days... so you can see the countdown!
Thanks for sharing!
