|
|
Hubby went to our local tip this morning and there it was, just sitting there. The men who run the tip had put it to one side, so hubby offered them £5 for it and got it.
It needs `doing` up, but I`m not bothered because I`ve wanted one to work on for a long time.
So this evening we`re going to strip, all the walls inside and out and then start planning, and hopefully make all our own furniture etc.
As its a big one, with a little extention on the side I can have my house with a little shop on the side.
I`m going to do it as a Victorian house with maybe the shop as a dress shop/haberdashery.

It is so rare that we are all on at the same time with such time differences
Are you ever on at the same time as the other brit members of the forum?

Val...I am sooooo jealous! I've wanted a dollhouse for ages but my hubby thinks I'm slightly senile!! I have lots of links for dollhouse stuff like furniture, printables etc. When you're ready to decorate, just holler. |

| Joanne...your daughter definitely will want one!! I have the pattern for a plastic canvas Barbie house that I have been promising myself I would make for about two years. It takes about 100 large sheets of plastic canvas. I also have a castle pattern for Barbie. The lady who designed it said it took her six months to make. It's six feet long...hubby says no way am I making that! If I don't stop thinking about it, I'll never get either one done. Truth be told, I'd really like a wooden house!! Maybe hubby is right and I am in my second childhood. Hey. It's not such a bad place to be!! |

Told my hubby I was going to make one. His comment..."Don't you have anything better to do with your time?" My answer...."No." |

Are you talking about dolls houses or something else?! Umm. There is a good page for dolls houses perhaps!
Also, you can find some other content on it,such as insulin syringes or luxury hotels paris or business brokerage.
You can search on the homepage try some other keywords,no ads even.these page updated every day.Because of the huge database,it perhaps not very fast,if you don't like it,take it easy. |
