Scrapbooking Discussion

This is a very special time for both Grandma and baby that makes for a wonderful layout.

Grandma's First Feeding Layout

• 1 purple caption box die cut

Scrapbook Tools

Scrapbooking Notes:

I had three photos of my mother feeding her granddaughter but only two of the photos were close up on the action. I don’t like to waste photos so I cut around my daughter in the not-so-good photo and stuck this photo with double-sided adhesive in the corner of the page to balance out the layout. I cropped the empty space from the remaining two photos and attached them on opposite sides of the page. I added some feeding related stickers to fill in some of the space on either side of the photos as well as a bib below Macey Ann’s face in one of the photos. I attached a purple caption box die cut, the kind like you see in cartoons in the newspaper for the journaling in the first photo. There is additional room for journaling below the high chair sticker next to the other photo. For the title of the layout I added a small strip of purple photo mounting paper in the upper right hand corner and wrote on it using purple marker to continue the color scheme carried through the photos and the background paper.
