Gingerbread House Scrapbooking Layout

I am looking forward to Christmas baking! This layout took about 25 minutes to make.  I used 1 picture and a variety of diecuts and stickers.  I left lots of room for journaling.

Scrapbooking Supplies

    Brown patterned photo mounting paper
2 gingerbread men die cuts (1 big, 1 small)
2 gingerbread women die cuts (1 big, 1 small)
    8 cooking theme stickers
    Double sided adhesive

Scrapbooking Tools

    Personal Trimmer
    Scissors
    Ruler

Scrapbooking Notes

I cut around the gingerbread house in the photo because there was a lot of unnecessary white space around it in the photo that I didn't want to be part of my scrapbooking page.  I arranged the photo of the gingerbread house in the center of the page because it is the center of the layout.  In the top right hand corner of the page I attached a small gingerbread man and a large gingerbread woman to continue the gingerbread theme.  I repeated this in the opposite corner of the page with a large gingerbread man and a small gingerbread woman.  To fill in the space around the gingerbread house I attached stickers related to the making of gingerbread (cookbook, flour canister, bowl, sugar canister, wooden spoon, measuring spoons (2) and a rolling pin).  These stickers form a loose frame around the gingerbread house.  The remaining space on the page can be used for journaling.
