Scrapbooking Discussion

This is another page that takes between 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour to put together (including layout). Florida is all about fun, water, Disneyworld and sun and the colors of papers, die cuts and stickers all tie in with the Florida vacation theme.

Scrapbooking Notes:

I used stickers and die cuts that tie in with the photo they are on or near to embellish and further illustrate the fun happening in the photo. You have to make sure your stickers are bright so they will stand out on the photo and/or the page if you are using a blue photo mounting paper like I did. I chose blue because of the connection with water and the beaches in Florida. The Mickey die cuts and stickers surrounding the photo at the bottom of the layout frame the picture but also continue the feeling of whimsy and fun of posing with a famous Disney character. Lastly, what is more typical than a bright yellow sun sticker next to the word Florida? The sun sticker not only fills in the small empty space but it draws attention to the word it is next to instead of Florida all by itself.
